Changing Your Payment Method

If you want to change your credit card information. Please contact me directly so I can email you your private link to update your credit card information.

Canceling your membership

If you can easily cancel your membership by contacting me or following the steps below.

1. Login to your account

2. Hover over your profile picture.

3. Click "Settings"

4. Click "Manage my subscriptions".

5. Click on the 3 dots to the right of your subscription.

6. Click on "Cancel Subscription."

Special Note:

Monthly Subscriptions - Cancelation is effective at the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are given for mid-month cancellations.
Annual Subscriptions - Cancelation is effective at the end of the billing period unless you request early termination. Upon early termination, a credit for unused (whole) months will be given that can be applied to future purchases.

Changing Your Email Address

Everything in Systeme.io is tied to your email address, so if you need to update it for any of your memberships, please contact me directly. Provide me with the current email address your course or membership is connected to and alos the email address you are wanting to switch to. I will follow-up with you, with more information. 😉
