AI Ethics Policy

At Connected Spirit Online, I believe technology should serve people, never replace the human heart of this work. Here's how I use AI thoughtfully and ethically.

I use AI tools (like Claude) as a thinking partner and drafting assistant — helping me brainstorm, structure courses, refine wording, and explain technical ideas more clearly. AI supports my work; it never makes decisions for me. Every piece of content passes through my own judgment, intuition, and values before it reaches you.

I treat your information with care and only use it the way you've agreed to. When I record sessions, you're always told in advance and your consent is sought. When I use AI tools to create things for you — such as transcripts, session notes, or promotional videos — I work only from materials you've given me permission to use, like your own sales pages, website, and marketing content. I don't feed your private, personal, or sensitive details into AI tools beyond what's needed for the work you've asked me to do, and I keep anything shared with me in confidence private.

My voice, my values, and my care for you are always genuinely mine. I review and fact-check anything AI helps me produce, because AI can be confidently wrong. I won't pass off AI output as my own lived wisdom, and I'll always make sure information I share with you is accurate and trustworthy.

I won't use AI to replace real human connection, to give you a generic experience, or to produce content that doesn't reflect my heart and intuition. I will never use AI in ways that exclude or diminish anyone — my work remains warmly inclusive and affirming of all people, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community. And I won't use it to cut corners on the personal guidance you deserve.

This policy grows and changes as technology does — always rooted in compassion, integrity, and respect for you.
