Anytime Sessions - They can be used for Personal Coaching/Remote Training, or Done-For-You Tech Support/Website Content Updates.

3 Months -All sessions must be used within 3-months of purchase, and will officially expire after 6-months.

(Note: The 3 months of extended wiggle room is for emergencies and life's little unexpected surprises and must be requested and approved.)

4 Sessions/month - (60 Min. per session) - Use them Weekly, Multi-sessions per week (limited to 3/week), or schedule a Multi-session day. (To create your very own VIP 1/2 Day.)

Unused Sessions do not carry over beyond 3-months (see note above).
